I traded under the guidance of an analyst. He and I successfully spent almost all of my deposit in 2 weeks. He offered me to deposit another $3k under the pretext of possible insurance reimbursement, but it didn't help😢 Don't believe them, it's a scam!

I traded successfully and made 4,300 euros on my 10k deposit. However, while the money was accumulating in my account - everything was fine, but as soon as I decided to withdraw the money, errors suddenly appeared on the site, and in a couple of minutes my balance burned to zero!!!

I lost a lot, more than 35 thousand dollars. My manager helped me empty my account on questionable contracts. I am seeking help from Swiss regulators, but without success, and altreserve employees have stopped responding to my inquiries.

I've had a little experience with Altreserve and I haven't seen anything particularly good. The terminal is primitive, everything is inconvenient, the terms of trading involve large commissions. Not every trader will be able to understand the outdated program - not every user can have so much patience. Conclusion: there are other options to enter the stock market more convenient than through CFDs, for example, through ETF-funds. In terms of commissions, it will be more favorable. And in terms of risk with the deposit amount, which is extremely high on altreserve.net, I also don't see the point of depositing several thousand dollars into a brokerage account for margin trading, if you can open trades within risk management at another broker offering leverage of 1:1000 and deposit from 100 USD.

I have not regretted it, although I had to go through a serious verification procedure. I found here excellent customer service, tight spreads, and fast order execution. Earlier, in another company, when I withdrew to Neteller, the money came to the account within two or three days, but here the requests are processed very quickly, the first time the money even came to the Neteller account within one hour. I think they are scammers! They talked me into depositing 20,000 USDT but all my deals are trading in the red no matter what I do. There are probably no other options here!!! I urge you not to repeat my mistakes.

I do not recommend working with this fraudulent company. I saw altreserve.net on the Internet and thought that traders can get good trading conditions and earn a decent income here. However, I met with fraud right after I registered a trading account and tried to deposit it. The money left my bank card but never got to my altreserve trading account. I tried to find out what happened to the transaction, but my calls to customer support were not successful. The chat did not respond to my requests, the same was with the phones, which were not answered. In general, I lost my money immediately, without a single trade... I hope that my review will help those who are still thinking about whether to work here. Don't take any risks!

I believe that the broker promptly performs the withdrawal of profit and deposit, provided that the trader has successfully passed verification. However, you should consider some aspects of this trading platform. Slippages occur on it from time to time, and I have observed cases of the program freezing. I had doubts about starting trading with altreserve. I still have them now. I decided to cooperate, to be honest, with some trepidation. However, I don't have any major complaints, except that I am alarmed by the fact that the managers are constantly trying to persuade me to deposit up to €50k. Although I have a positive attitude to the trading process on altreserve.net, and several withdrawals have been successful, depositing is not in my plans yet. I trade with a minimum deposit and I am not satisfied with everything on this platform. In general, despite the mentioned shortcomings, the broker has every reason to improve its platform and then it can claim a higher rating.

I do not recommend you contact this firm! And if you have already contacted it, then I sympathize with you, because pending orders disappear here. This is a situation when you made a pending order, and when the right price came, the order disappeared - it is simply not anywhere - neither in open orders (as if the price did not reach a little bit), nor in closed orders. I contacted ALTRESERVE tech support and they demanded screenshots! However, I don't have to take screenshots for every price movement! Also, the analytics can be different here for the same instrument, with completely opposite indicators. There were many more different problems, but I won't describe anything else. I will only say that while you make a deposit, ALTRESERVE managers will communicate with you very kindly on the question: when and how much you will deposit?! Everything here is built on swindling your money!
