However, it's not like I'm a fool. I will not deposit a single dime, much less make a $5,000 deposit until I see the actual legal documents. The managers bored me with their persuasions for a week and then left me alone, because they realized that I am not a young beginner in trading, who can be convinced only by words in the reliability of an unknown firm.

The next step he took was Vivatox, which provides clients with all the necessary services, the rules of which, by the way, he agrees to by clicking on the checkbox with the terms during registration. And then he violates the rules of the broker, he does it on purpose, or accidentally, because of his low level of knowledge, or the super strategy of “expert in cheating the broker” does not work and this inexperienced trader loses his entire deposit on vivatox.io. Then he starts blaming the broker who cheated the naive client and took all the money. VIVATOX does not return the funds to this user, of course, since it is his own fault, and he goes to the Internet and starts writing on every forum that this particular broker, from whom he lost money, is a scammer. Since the trader does not want to say that he violated the rules of VIVATOX or that he himself burned the deposit by his own stupidity, he starts to make up some stories that the withdrawal of funds was frozen by the administration of the site without explanation, or that it's a fake forex project whose creators manipulate the quotes. I have no problems with Vivatox, everything here works strictly according to the regulations. And if I end the session with losses, I do not blame the broker, but analyze my mistakes and try not to repeat them next time. I advise everyone to do so.

Scammers scammed me and left me without money. I do not understand where they got my phone number from, they called me and started to persuade me to trade with them, saying that I can earn money and do nothing and they will do everything themselves. They called me 5 times and convinced me to try it on a small amount of $200. As a result, their analysts gradually stole my deposit within a week. And now these scoundrels do not answer my calls.

More and more often I see in specialized telegram channels recommendations to trade with this intermediary. I used to take it as a regular advertisement and skipped it in passing, without being distracted. However, when it became too much, I thought that maybe Vivatox really is a top broker that is really very good, and the frequency of its mentions is not due to advertising, but really due to recommendations from ordinary traders. Meanwhile, my antivirus program blocked the vivatox.io website from the very first seconds of “acquaintance”, identified it as dangerous, I thought - a great start! For some reason antivirus does not block decent brokers and does not warn me about the danger. I decided to turn off my antivirus and still look at the site, and, to be honest, it didn’t impress me at all. The conditions there are terrible, the administrators offer to trust them at once and make a rather large deposit of 5k dollars for the minimum tariff, and Vivatox has no demo account. The site looks like one of many, bought from a template and ‌slightly modified. Perhaps I'll pass by this broker, who for some reason everyone around suddenly started praising. I think it's referrals encouraging clients to open accounts at a dubious site.

If there are problems with withdrawal of funds or other disputes, where do you go? Will you file a claim with St Vincent and the Grenadines? And will you recover money from the scammers there in court? ‌You will have no chance of winning any lawsuit against Vivatox. Besides, there are many licensed brokers on the net, study their documents, trading conditions and choose the right one! You can go to the website of the regulator in your country or in the EU and choose a reliable broker in the registry. You will see there that this broker is legal and has permission to work in Europe.

I decided to increase my deposit from Basic to Standard level and transferred another 20 thousand USDT to my account and had a very successful run. I decided to withdraw my profits and put 4,500 USDT I earned on vivatox.io for withdrawal. I waited for the withdrawal all day, then I waited for two and three days - no money. I started to write requests to support, the administrators say: wait, we have made an application, everything will come to you according to the regulations, maybe there is a problem on the part of your wallet. I thought I would wait a little longer, and then I started calling managers, asking them what was going on? But they also answered that the money was sent to my wallet. I again turned to support, I wrote them a big detailed letter, they decided just not to respond to my second request, and to the third. I started to look for information on the Internet about what to do in such a situation, and I found traders with exactly the same problem as mine, and with the same intermediary VIVATOX, and we will not be able to solve this problem. Conclusion: I am a fool, and scammers are operating on vivatox.io. Do not be as stupid as I am, do not open an account on this site, do not top up your balance.
