ArbiTrustCapital promises traders to help them achieve their financial goals. The company claims to have gathered under its wing only experienced professionals with over 25 years of expertise who precisely understand what their clients need. The project itself started operating in 2020, at least as stated on its official website. The broker provides contact details with an office address in the United Kingdom. However, legal documents reveal information that all issues and problems with traders will be resolved according to the legislation of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. So, who is in front of us? An experienced or licensed broker, or just another offshore representative of dubious investment companies?
How to Trade
To initiate trading, you will need to select one of the trading accounts. Unfortunately, there is no demo account available on this platform, so your choices are limited to real accounts only. Additionally, ArbiTrustCapital offers four types of accounts, with varying minimum deposits and additional services.
It provides clients with market analysis, personalized assistance from account managers, bonuses, financial planning, risk management, and other features. However, the trading conditions have notable drawbacks, including hidden commissions.
ArbiTrustCapital Vital Info
The broker may boast about its reliability, but the actual facts tell a slightly different story. For instance, claims that the company commenced operations in 2020 do not stand up to scrutiny. According to the Whois service, the domain was created only on September 22, 2023, indicating that this company did not exist prior to this date.
The legal information provided on the offiicial website raises numerous questions as well. While the contact details include a British address, there is no record of any company named ArbiTrustCapital in the UK registry. In the agreement, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines are indeed mentioned, yet there is no information about the company in the registry of this offshore jurisdiction. It appears that such a company does not exist legally and certainly has not obtained a license to operate on the financial markets.
Accounts are being blocked without providing reasons. I received an email notification that my ArbiTrustCapital account was blocked. I wrote several emails, called, but all in vain. No reasons were given. I think they just decided to cheat me out of my money.
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the awful customer support. It feels like incompetent specialists work here. Even on the simplest questions, they can't provide clear and quick answers. They often ignore my requests. I do not recommend Arbitrustcapital.
It is a scam! There's a lot of negative feedback online detailing the company's scams!
ARBITRUSTCAPITAL simply drains trading accounts, with no obligations to traders! Last month I deposited $1000, and thanks to their "efforts," there is nothing left in the account. Currently, no one from customer support even wants to talk to me. Under no circumstances trade with this "broker"!
They locked the account, and can't help with anything! Very pleasant! What else can I leave as feedback about Arbitrustcapital, except negative?:)
I would like to leave a positive review for ArbiTrustCapital, but unfortunately, I can't. I traded here for about a month, and initially, I liked it. There were timely withdrawals, and execution was good, albeit with some issues. However, recently, I couldn't access my account. After contacting support, everything was fixed, but the history of my trades was altered. I resumed trading, experienced slippage, and lost a significant amount of money. My conclusion is that the company is dishonest, indicated by numerous factors.
I actually like this broker. I haven't encountered any problems with withdrawals. On the contrary, I use the services of consultants, and with their help, I've already multiplied my deposit. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I think the guys here are very competent.
Many people (including me) fell for the beautiful promises of this broker about low spreads and professional staff. In reality, they scam people out of significant amounts, including regularly increasing the spread and charging negative swaps even when interest rates rise. As a result, it's just one drain after another. I know several people who have left a substantial sum here.
Not a broker, just some trouble. I decided to open an account here. Verification took a week! Well, it's not serious; with normal brokers, everything happens quickly. I know this from personal experience. But the main outrage is elsewhere! Transferred money to the account - they are not there, I don't know, there is no money in the account. Support is silent. No one to ask... I will go to court!
If someone tells you that Arbitrustcapital is a good company, don't believe it. In my case, I didn't even get to the withdrawal. The first attempt resulted in a loss, and I thought it was my fault. After that incident, I became very attentive to trading, and I couldn't have lost on my own! I was assisted by false quotes, requotes, slippages, and slow order execution! Stop loss didn't trigger, take profit disappeared, and that's it — no money!
ArbitrustCapital is a definite scam! All the positive reviews about them are pure lies!! I was told that I could withdraw money at any time, but there is no withdrawal, and they don't answer the phone. They don't respond to calls and messages. When they were trying to lure me in, they called endlessly, but now there's silence.
The broker doesn't process withdrawals! Initially, they use the excuse of document verification, and then they torture you with waiting, not even considering the withdrawal request. Complete silence from support! I'm very afraid that soon they will close my access to the company, and I won't be able to achieve anything.
No one has done real market deals here. There was even a case where I canceled a trade, and the amount for the trade was returned to my account. It's nice, but the question is: how is this possible? If it's supposed to be a real market, how is such a miracle possible? I remember trying to clarify this with support, but they didn't tell me anything useful, and ultimately, they wiped out everything.
